Title: Fresh Green Salad

Yield: 8 Servings

2pkGelatin; unflavored; (2 tb.)
1/2cWater; cold
1cWater; boiling
2tbLemon juice;
2tbSugar;
1/4tsSalt;
8ozOnion salad dressing;
1 1/2cSpinach; raw; chopped
1 1/2cCelery; chopped
1/2cRadishes; chopped
2tbGreen onions; chopped

Soften gelatin in cold water in a medium bowl; add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, sugar, and salt. chill until slighlty thickened.

Combine salad dressing with remaining ingredients; gently fold into gelatin. Spoon into a 6-cup mold, and chill until firm.
